7 Mise en place <\/em>tips for a special occasion<\/h2>\n

1. Menu<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Before thinking about the dishes and the glasses, think about what will serve as a meal<\/strong> and drinks<\/strong>. Do not forget that if it is a special <\/strong>and unforgettable occasion<\/strong><\/a>, the menu should be equally exclusive<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

2. Table linen<\/strong><\/h5>\n

No mise en place<\/em>, table linen is very important. This should be comfortable<\/strong>, of light fabric and of quality<\/strong>. Colours like white, ivory and pearl are safe and elegant solutions. Discard, in turn, garish or dark tones.<\/p>\n

It is recommended that you choose cloth napkins<\/strong>. In addition, the table should be comfortable, so you can use a slightly padded protector.<\/p>\n
