The year of 2018 is getting pretty rich with regard to new fashions in <strong>food<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Who has not yet identified the popularity of brunch, the food in <a href=\"https:\/\/costa-verde.celsoalmeida.pt\/en\/bowls-fashion-meals-bowls\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>bowls<\/strong><\/a> and the spread of the avocado pear? And who has never heard of the renowned Timut pepper or the festive tea? These are just a few examples, but it is possible to mention many more.<\/p>\n<p>Experts point to 2018 as the year of the consolidation of <strong>vegan gastronomy<\/strong>. However, they account for a more adventurous vegetarian perspective, with the experience of <strong>vegetables<\/strong> hitherto unknown, thus providing new experiences.<\/p>\n<p>It should be noted, however, that not only the <strong>gastronomic options<\/strong> are producing changes in our food. The way we eat is also influenced by new technological tools and a greater social awareness.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>7 Trends that have been marking gastronomy<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>1. Food that is friendly to the digestive system<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong>Bowel problems<\/strong> are at the top of individuals&#8217; health concerns. Therefore, there is a strong tendency to consume <strong>probiotic foods<\/strong>, such as Korean Kimchi and Japanese Miso. Also the <strong>prebiotics<\/strong>, like the onion and the garlic, gained some prominence.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>2. Poke<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>This typical dish from <strong>Hawaii <\/strong>has been gaining prominence in world <strong>cuisine<\/strong>. It is a kind of sushi, but it does not require a fussy <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/costa-verde.celsoalmeida.pt\/en\/porcelain-theatrical-presentation-food\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">presentation<\/a><\/strong>. Because it is not yet very popular, this presentation of food is very economical. Timut Pepper<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Also known as <strong>fake pepper<\/strong>, this spice had its origin in Nepal.
