Poner al ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda hasta que el chocolate se funda.<br \/>\n<strong>2.<\/strong> En otro bol separa 2 yemas y a\u00f1adir 2 huevos enteros. A\u00f1adir 120g de az\u00facar e incorporar.<br \/>\n<strong>3.<\/strong> Agregar ramitas de tomillo al chocolate derretido. Mezcle.<br \/>\n<strong>4.<\/strong> Con ayuda de un colador, agregue el chocolate a los huevos e incorpore.<br \/>\n<strong>5.<\/strong> A continuaci\u00f3n, a\u00f1adir 120g de harina tamizada e sigue incorpor\u00e1ndola.<br \/>\n<strong>6.<\/strong> Coloque la mezcla en moldes engrasados \u200b\u200bcon mantequilla y cacao y sazonar con sal.<br \/>\n<strong>7.<\/strong> Llevar al horno precalentado a 180\u00ba durante unos 7 u 8 minutos, seg\u00fan el horno.<br \/>\n<strong>8.<\/strong> Desmoldar y espolvorear con az\u00facar glas. Nel plato, agregue harina de almendras y una bola de helado encima. Incorporar bien con la batidora. Agregue 2 yemas, vuelva a batir y agregue 1 c. de t\u00e9 de extracto de vainilla, 1 c. de ron y ralladura de \u00bd lim\u00f3n.<br \/>\n<strong>3.<\/strong> Incorpore los secos a medida que bata.<br \/>\n<strong>4.<\/strong> A continuaci\u00f3n, amase un poco la mezcla, envu\u00e9lvala en film transparente y d\u00e9jela reposar en la nevera durante 20\/30 minutos.<br \/>\n<strong>5.<\/strong> Una vez lista, estirar una pieza con un rollo de cocina y, con un cortador cil\u00edndrico, hacer discos, m\u00e1s grandes y m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os.<br \/>\n<strong>6.<\/strong> Hornear a 175\u00baC, por 7 minutos.<br \/>\n<strong>7.<\/strong> Una vez retirado, d\u00e9jelo enfriar.<br \/>\n<strong>8.<\/strong> Para servir, unte el disco m\u00e1s grande con dulce de leche.<br \/>\n<strong>9.<\/strong> Corte algunas fresas y frambuesas en trozos y col\u00f3quelas encima.
